- Built internal backend systems and supported frontend development for business applications such as POS, HRIS, and ERP platforms. These systems include employee management, payroll, inventory tracking, item assignment, employee ID generation, compensation and incentives, dynamic benefits, and support for multiple private and government partners. Also developed a mobile attendance application using phone fingerprint authentication and geolocation, with device registration for added security. The system also supports leave requests, hiring posts, and social media sharing through public links.
