Villa Estremar is a responsive apartment rental and management platform designed to simplify accommodation management for students, parents, and administrators.

Multi-Role Property Management

The platform uses role-based access, providing dedicated functionality for each type of user. Students can browse available rooms, review accommodation details, submit reservations, and manage their rental information. Parents can access relevant rental and payment information, while administrators manage rooms, tenants, reservations, rental agreements, billing, maintenance requests, reports, and overall property operations.

PayMongo Payment Integration

The system includes PayMongo payment integration, allowing supported rental and billing transactions to be processed online while maintaining corresponding payment records within the platform.

Administration & Monitoring

Administrators are provided with a centralized dashboard for monitoring occupancy, collections, pending reservations, room availability, payments, and other operational information. The platform is fully responsive, providing a consistent experience across desktop and mobile devices.
